Can sweets, one of our desires, be used as a tool for communication?
Can the abstract power of sweets force communities to connect, can it add value to cultural differences and emphasize the importance of intercultural dialogues?

This project is an attempt to reach different communities and connect them by transforming a traditional molasses recipe into a tool for communication.
The recipe has been used for many centuries to produce sweets in Anatolia . The so produced sweets can be eaten and send by post.
